WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns for faulty items within one week of purchase. Some individual items have warranty periods which you will be advised about upon check-out.
Fish - we replace all live fish within 24 hours of purchase if notified within the 24 hour window, and if a photo of the dead fish is presented. We also recommend that you bring in a 50ml sample of your water for us to test free of charge.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do offer gift cards both in store, and online. No limit or minimum amount required, and there is no expiry.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
In store we take payments of Cash, Eftpos, Direct Bank Transfer and Afterpay.
Online we take payments via Visa or Mastercard and Paypal.

- Payments via Eftpos will incur a 1.8% surcharge. To avoid this fee, please pay using cash (preferable) or by direct bank transfer.
